Interim General Manager
David Aranda
David Aranda comes to Kensington with decades of experience serving as a general manager for special districts in California. He served as the General Manager for Stallion Springs Community Services District for 16 years, overseeing the District's nine departments which included a police department, parks and solid waste services. Major accomplishments during David's tenure included grant funding for a multipurpose room/gymnasium, and successful voter approved funding for a new police/administration building. Over the past twenty nine years David has served on various Boards such as CSDA, SDRMA and SDLF. David was a participant in rewriting CSD law and is a speaker for CSDA presentations. He was involved in the development and implementation of the Special District Leadership Academy Modules. He resides with his wife of forty-four years and has two children and three grandchildren.

Lynelle Lewis
Lynelle served as Secretary of the District, East Bay Municipal Utility District, Oakland, CA for over 20 years. Responsibilities included coordination of the Board Meeting agenda process, Public Records Act & Conflict of Interest Code compliance, Board elections, policies & procedures, records retention, and maintaining web pages.
Lynelle holds a Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration from San Jose State University and is a Certified Municipal Clerk.
